After a few discussions with Mike, he listed our home for sale. His recommendations for price and marketing were spot on. Our home sold on the first day it was listed. We received seven offers on day 1, all over our list price. We looked at a lot of homes to purchase. Mike’s app was easy to use and saved a lot of time compared to online searches.
